Israeli forces conducted coordinated operations early Monday across several locations in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, involving arrests, home searches, movement restrictions and the demolition of commercial structures.
In Burqa, northwest of Nablus, troops entered the village before dawn, where local reports say several homes were searched and temporarily used for military purposes. Two Palestinians were arrested during the operation, while residents reported damage to property and extensive house-to-house searches. Access to the village was also reportedly restricted after entrances were blocked with earth barriers.
Further south in Beita, also near Nablus, Israeli forces demolished a number of commercial stalls in the central vegetable market. Shop owners were instructed to remove goods before the operation began, but several produce stands were later destroyed, causing significant damage to local traders already facing difficult economic conditions.
Elsewhere across the northern and central West Bank, raids were reported in Tubas, Al-Yamoun, Al-Zababdeh, and in and around Ramallah, including Al-Amari refugee camp and nearby neighbourhoods. In Hebron governorate, a curfew was imposed on Beit Ummar, while forces entered Al-Arroub refugee camp and arrested a teenager during a separate raid. In Beit Awa, residents reported the use of live fire and tear gas, alongside further incursions into nearby towns.
In East Jerusalem and surrounding areas, villages including Al-Jib and Beit Anan were also targeted, as military operations continued in multiple directions throughout the day.
The raids form part of ongoing military activity across the occupied West Bank, where frequent incursions, arrests and property demolitions continue to disrupt daily life for Palestinian communities.
